But 41 working days has not been completed dont count sat sun aur govt holidays like 15 august
No brother. It's calculated by calendar days. It's already mentioned in CIC.

I hv applied paper application for visitor visa for parents on July 18 at Chandigarh which is proceed at NDVO And still waiting. I don’t why it’s taking too much time. Can you please give me idea of anyone got application approved in 2nd or 3 rd of July applicants.

My status changed today. Changed from Process to reviewing eligibility. Your will change soon.
yesterday my passport dispatched .but i have not received any mail regarding visa approved or not .
I (23 years old) applied with my teenager brother (14 years old)
Applied on > 20 july
Method > paper
Place > New delhi
1st acknowledgement letter > 23 july
2nd acknowledgement letter > 14 august
Review starts on > 5 september
Till no any update
Why they taking so much time to get a final decision
Anyone help me i am very Frustrated ,disappointed & upset.
On a other hand
My mom & dad also have a valid canada TRV visa
Dad canada visa expiry > march 2023
Mom canada visa expiry > november 2027
I Travel Australia in a month of March in this year
Applied on > 20 july
Method > paper
Place > New delhi
1st acknowledgement letter > 23 july
2nd acknowledgement letter > 14 august
Review starts on > 5 september

Nope, it is applicable for every individual ... end of the day officers decision based on documentation.... I know Indian couples who succeeded with dual intent approach....
