Try +1 613-944-4000 , Use Google Hangouts to call. Its free. Follow the IVR for options and they ask you enter the application number received in CIC acknowledgement mail.

I did not receive any application number . Just the tracking id .

Just want to share my experience guys. I applied for myself, wife and parents visitor visa on 6th July. It was processed at DELHI VAC (Paper Based)
Elgibility review started on: 20th August.
Visa approved: 23rd August

Elgibility review started on: 20th August.
Visa approved: 22th August

I have applied for my brother on July 11.
Paper based application was sent to New Delhi , I think an eligibility of review has started from the beginning of the week (that time I have called cic number and got automated response that we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility). Nothing yet. How long it takes after that? When can I expect the final decision? Thanks

Not really.
More processing times means CIC has received more applications to review.

I have applied for my Wife's TRV on 5thJuly.
Today she called asked for file's status and they said that it is under "passport verfication"
Can you help with what is that suppose to mean?
