Honestly, this is not the norm where one can get 3 months vacation from the job.Yes..I've attached all documents of employment : Reference letter, NOC, leave letter, Salary certificate of last 6 salaries on company's letterhead
Yes.. Invitation letter from my friend in canada who is citizen of Ontario. Intention of stay tourism and for visit my friend. He is singer and musician so he need my help for create his new musical album , i'm music producer too.Honestly, this is not the norm where one can get 3 months vacation from the job.
As I said 3 months visit is red flag unless there are very good reasoning behind it to prove. It is always recommended to keep your visit 3 weeks or so.
What was your purpose of visit to Canada? Did you have any invitation letter from family member from Canada?
Have you traveled to Europe or North America before?
If you want my honest opinion, I can see quite red flags in your file. I will leave for some expert member to give you more to the point advice.Yes.. It appears there are some delays in processing so I would say 5 weeks wait.Hi Guys...
I filed the TRV online on July 21st and there is no update after that except for the application submission confirmation received on the same day. If any of you have idea about the time lines please let me know.. BTW the application is for my wife in India.
So can I reapply again within 2 days? I would like to visit for 3 weeks. Is that ok? Might be travel plans can change right! Also one more thing i haven't submitted any property and I don't have my own. Can i submit my father's home and car property? If you want my honest opinion, I can see quite red flags in your file. I will leave for some expert member to give you more to the point advice.
Length of the stay - 3 months is VERY long visit for tourism purposes
No travel history - Not helpful
Visiting friend - Again 3 months visit is not good. Hope you did not mention in your application you would be helping your friend with musical album.
I would say get more details about your application rejection and then prepare your file addressing point by point all concerns mentioned from visa officer. So can I reapply again within 2 days? I already have a PR sponsorship in progress for my wife and since that is going to take forever, i applied for a TRV in the meant time. i mentioned the PR application details in the invitation and cover letters because I heard that this will be considered under dual intent as long as we can convince the visa officer that she leaves after her intended visit period(two weeks). I have added uploaded the following supporting documentation. Please let me know if i missed anything. It appears there are some delays in processing so I would say 5 weeks wait.
I would say you have addressed all major points but spousal visitor visa is hit and miss.
