Reason

Travel history as they are right
Immigration status in residence county by routine

Sad to know about your refusal but i told you in start you must have some sufficient travel history before apply but i am sure now you will taken care before apply regarding the second refusal it is a minor stuff may be you forgot to mention your legal status which is called Temporary residency but major issue is to resolve is Travelling so best if you can focus on it Good Luck

Very Sorry to hear about your refusal. ALLAH pak ke har kaam mai koi na koi behtaree hoti hai. I will recommend you to stay away from Canadian trv for atleast a year and built your travel history by travelling to any EU or UK with family first.

Not really.

It only proves that she met the entry conditions for the UK. It does not prove that she is a short-term visitor to the UK = Possibility of her being a short-term visitor to Canada as well.

That said, she must scan and include this UK visa in the cover letter
