TRV applied in January 2018 Please share ur status

I applied with my family from KSA on 3rd January 2018 and did biomatrics on 9th January 2018, from same my family biomatrics updates as completed but my one just 3
Days before.

Now all status same, no movement.

It says “submitted” and they’re working on applications received on December 29th.
I wonder when I’ll hear an answer.
I’m very anxious and want to buy the ticket before it gets too expensive!!

Did you apply from india, I applied on 18th Dec no movement

Congratulations. Were your mother had previous canada visa. I applied for my husband on 18 December and till date no response. I am thinking If I should apply for a paper based application now since he has to travel on 13th Feb. Pls suggest

My mother didnt had previous Canada visa. We applied online and it was very much faster.

This is normal as you must have selected update checkbox in your profile. don't worry about this but be sure to check your email whenever there is email from CIC....

Ohh ok, yes you are right I selected checkbox for update that might be the reason why.

Dont get nervous. You will see lots of changes in your GC key account system.

Dont get impatient. You need to be v calm and relax. People here are waiting from 50 days to 250 days. Dont confirm your plans right now.
