Hi, did you apply through VFS? or online? sorry kinda missed that! just wanna share my experience with my husband he's in the PH, applied trv jan 13, then got approved January 23, you can always check the status of your application! best of luck!!

I applied online. I check my account from time to time but there isnt any change. They emailed me yesterday that there are no updates on my application. Do you know how else i can check?

I applied on Friday, July 7th,from within Canada and got an online application transmission confirmation but no submission confirmation in my inbox. Also, i'm yet to receive a application number,it says on my profile,application is currently unavailable.Please try again later.
Does the processing begin on July 7th when my online tranmission was acknowledged or when I receive a submission confirmation and application number?

I sent invitation letter for my parents to apply for visitor visa.
They applied on 10th July (paper file from india)
Tracking on vfs still shows it is processed in delhi.
36 days have passed no change.
I read cse to be made. May i know what is cse?
Anybody who knows that how much time they are taking these days?

I applied online for my parents on 29th July and received confirmation on 3rd of Aug , after that nothing so far
however few people who applied online got visa in 13 days....

CSE is case specific inquiry , you can write to them as it already crossed 25 days of processing time , the only thing i am not sure , is it 25 Calendar days or business days , if it calendar days you are fine to inquiry if business days then should be 5 weeks before you inquiry.

and other thing , chances are there that your parents receive visa before the time you receive reply from them ...... good luck
