No there is nothing as I saw in previous threads, you must be legally present in a country outside of canada, to prioritzier your application, however it can make the process to long, for That we must wait inside canada, if there is no emergency cases.

There is definitely no timeframe to receive a response about a TRV.

Thanks sir for the clarification, I was based on what they wrote on their website, which says: apply fro a trv two months before planning to leave canada, I thought it takes two months for the process
