I applied for a visa in may and was given an application number but each time i made an effort to track the application or link my paper application to an online one, no info would be fetched. on the IRCC portal it showed no documents submitted. This first application was handled by an agent who unfortunately passed away. So I decided to submit another application in December, this time a UCI number was generated, however the challenge is when i attempt to track both applications are fetched. This means I have duplicate application, Will IRCC go ahead and process my visa or they will reject my application? and also would that mean they will process the first or second application? I am confused and desperate.
