Unfortunately I don't think this will be possible. When did you land in Toronto? You can try and apply for a TRV for your child and if that is denied you can try for TRP but your child is clearly not a visitor and you will want to sponsor your child for PR so it makes sense that a TRV would be denied. Your husband would have to show strong ties to Bangladesh in order to qualify for a TRV but given your PR status CIC will assume that he is also trying to come to Canada on a permanent basis to be sponsored. You can always try but likely you will have to apply for outland sponsorship.

To sponsor your child for PR, you will need to be in Canada and remain in Canada during the processing. Expect 6-8 months if there are no issues. With you having been outside of Canada for “nearly” 3 years, do you have sufficient days to meet the RO? This could further complicate the process if you don’t, as you would need to meet the residency obligation before you could sponsor either your husband or child. You could also find yourself being reported for RO upon entry if you don’t have sufficient days in Canada.

Just to clarify the expiry date on your PR card ia not important for RO. What is important is your landing date. You must live for 2 out of 5 years starting in the day you land. In order to sponsor your spouse you have to prove that you and your spouse will be able to live without needing any help from the government. That could mean you cannprive you have sufficient savings, you can show proof that your family will support you financially if you aren't making enough money, etc. It would be best to show that you have a steady job.

Do you have 2out of 5 years in the rolling system since you have renewed you or card once. The way you count RO changes after you renew pr card for the 1st time. You must have stayed in Canada 2out of 5 years at any point not just within the next 5 years. When did you renew pr card? When have you been out of Canada?
