Hello,
I submitted my application on 3rd, July in VFS Mumbai and it was received by Canadian High Commission, New Delhi on 5th July and since then my application was in process and today I got an update that the passport has been released and is in Transit.
The documents which I have attached with my TRV application clearly shows my purpose of Visit (Exploratory Visit to Manitoba - MPNP) and my interview date with Manitoba Immigration Department is of 1st August.
I have a good travel history as I have visited to some 9 countries. (I do backpacking once a year)
I have good ties to my home country as I am married (My wife is NOT accompanying me) and I have a stable job in India.
My financial is also good as I have shown $6000 CAD in my saving account and credit cards for 15 days (Which is now cut short because of the delay).
So what do you think, considering the current strike situation, Will these/any of the above will cause some problem for my TRV ?
Please reply. :-X

Now my question is: What are my chances as my flight was of 18th July (Yesterday) and I have cancelled my flight on 17th July as there was delay in processing my TRV.Passport released by the Canadian High Commission, 7/8 SHANTIPATH, CHANKYAPURI, -, NEW DELHI, Pin:110021, Tel: on 19/07/2013 and is in Transit.
