My daughter parents sent their application June 2021 and biometrics done July. .until now no update. Anyone here thesame ? Or got their ppr or refusal? Please share your experience

Yes, my parents applied since June 2021 and no response yet. Im thinking of calling IRCC or usual webform but i don't have the contact details or webform link

Are allowed to call ircc and asked about the application if we are the ones the invited them ?

only if you have filled up the representative form while applying, you will be able to enquire about the application, otherwise even if u call, they won’t disclose any details.. you can try emailing them from the email id u gave while submitting application or raising webform( mostly they will give automated or generic replies)
