Your flight is earlier than mine. My flight is april 13. This is my 3rd time, 1st is in Malaysia, 2nd in the Philippines and this one is the 3rd and the slowest one.... Urghhhhhh I hope they will arrive before our vacation as rebooking tickets is so expensive les pray for

Hi, I am starting to filling out the TRV application and going to send it to Seattle. I am working under the live in caregiver program. In the Family Information form, there is a section about the type of application: visitor, student, worker, other. Do I have to check "worker"?
Can anyone who has sent the application help me with this?
I am filling out the Application for TRV by typing it. How do you put your signature? Sign it by hand after you print the completed application?

I put "worker" in my application coz I'm and open work permit holder..
and yes, fill up the form then don't forget to validate and print the barcodes...then sign it by hand...

A peace of advice...if you're planning to go for vacation soon, submit your application in Buffalo instead, seattle office is so slow lately as they're having bak logs on applications...it took my application more than 6 weeks...best of luck :0

I sent a fedex return envelope with my application, I can tracked it yesterday, but it's Saturday today so it will be delivered to me on Monday
