My fiancée applied Jan 25 2013 for TRV, at the time of application it said 41 business days (8weeks). He got a call March 8th to submit further documentation (criminal record) and he did. Still no answer, anxious but trying to remain optimistic. What is the rate of approval? All I hear is the negative surely this is not all the cases

Islandbabe..wishing you the best. As of today its been 8 weeks since he went back to kingston and dropped off his Criminal check. This is a state of limbo, we have not seen each other since November, and daily calls and skype I enjoy but want to see my baby so bad. I just want to book my flights and see him but then what will happen, he will get word that he is approved.sighhh
