TRV application in Buffalo

Hi! Need help here. I apply TRV in Buffalo, how long it takes usually for processing? Anyone who were in this situation before? Please help me. I mailed the application February 27 and they recieved it february 29. My date of vacation will be on March 25, 2012. Will I get by passport back before that date? Thank you!!!!

did u get it yet?.. I saw one who applied in feb 29 and he got his passport back with visa stamped on march 8..he's so lucky..me, until now not yet .....

No, not yet. My vacation is coming soon. He is so lucky! I emailed them twice but no response. Hopefully I will get it by next week or else I will rebook my ticket and miss my daughter graduation.

I mailed the documents on 13-March-2012, it reached Fort Erie office on 15-March-2012. Don't know when it reached Buffalo.I emailed them and received response that application is under process.
Need to travel on April 15 to attend wedding.

Bit worried.

Good..How many days it took for you to receive the passport?

I have to travel because I need to attend wedding.
If I wont get in another 2 weeks, I need to cancel my trip and I cant attend wedding because I dont have passport. So sad.

Buffalo office is way faster than Seattle..when is your flight? usually it only takes 2 weeks the most in there...best of luck

Flight is on April 15. Hope I will get this week. But Friday is holiday.
The application reached Fort Erie on 15-Mar, I am assuming it reached Buffalo office on 16-Mar or 19-Mar.

Got email from consulate that my visa has been approved and passport will be returned to you.
Just one thing, whenever I emailed consulate people for information, they replied me in 2 days. Good people.

May I know what is the email add of CIC Buffalo inquiring TRV. I mailed my application on March 23 and they received it on 26th. I'm taking my vacation on 23rd April to attend the wedding of my sister. I'm a bit worried until now I can't track my return envelope. Just want to email them regarding status of my application. Please help. Lucky you got you passport back in short period. Thanks for advance. God bless.
