Evidence matters the most and not statements/explanations.
If you not submit any evidence for your movable/immovable assets:
1. Go through this forum to understand which documents you must submit (not the typical documents that are indicated in a checklist), and
2. Combine all evidence into a single PDF file and then send a web form to the Abu Dhabi visa office + email

A Canadian TRV won't give you any benefits as such. It's the passport you hold that matters. Now guide me where should i apply for another visa?what kind of benefits i can take for having Canadian visa...i already have US valid visa...but planning to see other countries as well...so i can enjoy my holidays

That said, you can visit a few countries visa-free or you'll need an eVisa when you have a TRV: Mexico, Cuba (tourist card), Dominican Republic, Georgia, etc. Your US visa would also allow you similar options. But do confirm this based on your passport
