TRV application form queries

Hi,
i need help in completing the forms.

We are Indian citizens, i am on H1B and my wife is on H4 and house wife. We are planning to visit canada in this summer. i have couple of queries for my application as well as my wife application.

In my application,
on Form IMM5257E::

in personal details section:
7) Current Country of residence, here we have option for status. can i fill it as worker? if so what i have to fill for To ?
instead of that can i select other and say i am on H1B

In Details of Canada Visit:
3) Funds available
can i mention in US dollors
4) Name address/persons or institutions you want to visit
We are planning to visit Toronto. may be we may take hotel nearest to the places where we want to go. if that is the case, whose name,relationship and address we have to mention in the form.


In my wife application,

can we both show my own account or she need to have her own account?

In Employment section:
1) current activity , from ,to state, country etc. i am not sure what i have to fill. she is house wife and can i give from marriage date??



In general, can i submit one copy of my financial & personal documents or two sets of financial & personal documents.
If anyone(H1B & H4) has applied for TRV together, could please share their experience in filling the documents.

i would appreciate any help on this.

H1B makes you a worker.
Date of expiry of your H1B

It specifically asks for CAN.

H4 is a dependant visa: other - dependant
Date of expiry of your H4

Same account is ok, you are a dependant.

Unemployed.

Give the accurate dates (if working before marriage then put it).

Unemployed in the USA and in India so at least there should be two entries.

Write NA where "not applicable".

In general, can i submit one copy of my financial & personal documents or two sets of financial & personal documents.

One is alright, as one is a dependant of the other.
