Hi! I got my trv approved and as there is ongoing strike of Canada Post, I am unable to use Canada Post service. There is option for courier but I am confused about the process. On the website, they have mentioned to put the prepaid return envelope with the courier and when I went to courier office they told me that they cannot make return label. Can someone help me about this process?

Any courier like fedex or UPS can do this. Explain that you want to send something to the governent but need to prepay to have the same document sent back to you at your own address.

I went to Purolator office and they told me they don't have small size envelope for sending me back. And they cannot create return label.

Hi! Just wondering when you applied for your TRV? I am currently still waiting for mine even though it is past processing time (October 19)
