I applied to renew my TRV visa in the middle of July, I sent the application to the CPP Ottawa office, there is an urgent situation that will require me to travel to Egypt on August 10. Based on the processing times, I will never get my visa in time, so I'm thinking about withdrawing my application to get my passport back, my questions are:
1. How to withdraw the application?
2. If I withdrew the application, will I get a refusal stamp, or will it in anyway affect me when applying again?
3. I'm planning to go to Egypt, and then send the passport to a friend who will resubmit the application, I don't foresee any problem in that, but your thoughts will be helpful
