TRV Application at Chandigarh office

Hi,
I applied for my parents' visitors visa on June 5th but so far there has been no update in their application so far (just the submission confirmation). Based on their residence city, the application must be with Chandigarh CIC office. Their application processing time is 23 days which has now passed. Anyone else who applied in Chandigarh office? How much time did it take for you guys?
Also, is it 23 working days or 23 days including weekends?

Check the emails or even the junk email (email address given on the application only)...may be you might have received email for medical examination requirement or the travel medical insurance requirement.

Hope you get response fast now.
