Hi, M PR in Canada and indian citizen. Planning to visit india feb 2015 with my family. My Daughter passport is expiring on 30 Aug 2015 travel dates are 22feb-20 March 2015. Will it be a problem as stated by travel agent as my daughters pp won't be valid for 6 months from travel dates.

Ok but then what's the solution to the case. Intention are honest that they come here and go back on time but how do we prove that to cic. You guys have whole case facts in front of you. I would really appreciate if any serious solution to the problem can be provided.

Hi, Can someone please suggest how to check status of TRV paper application? Through VFS tracking number it just says forwarded to visa office and they don't have real time update once application is forwarded by them until they receive it. Thanks in advance.

Cic is actually terrible. Applied for trv on June 5, updated by cic on 22 July while refusal Letter date is June 9. It took them 4 days to take decision and 43 days to upload on my cic. Pathetic service.
