We are UAE resident for seven years and my husband works in financial sector . My husband wants to apply for TR V again .
HISTORY
(our TRV rejected in 2016 once, reason job is not satisfactory , my husband was on probation on those days from his second employer actually , and second reason was past travel history which we didn't understand as we travelled UK France Saudia a year ago in 2015 )
we didnot know about CAIPS notes those days so we didnot clarify 2ND question.
Next year I applied for study permit in two year diploma which got rejected with a reason that studies are not matching and intention etc in clearified in
CAIPS notes too that purpose of studies were not satisfactory ,being i was bachelor as per WES i supposed to applied in master program , i didn't applied in master because my husband could not afford that and we wanted to go for two years full time study and than job and than after PR i had a plan to apply in QUEENS for master on my salary.
Than we chose express entry and created a profile via consultant but couldn't score more than 350
AFTER THAT WE GOT ENGAGED IN SOME OTHER FAMILY COMMITMENTS THAT REQUIRED US TO BE NEAR TO OUR HOME COUNTRY AND LEFT FOR IMMIGRATION WAYS
Now we have a plan to visit USA and Canada both in summer holidays , my husband wants to explore some business option in Canada too , we have gotten multiple entry US visa a month ago and my husband designation is also a senior manager in a bank here with handsome amount of salary.
my question is what are the chances of acceptance of visa? as if i compare with TRV first application so there is a huge difference today my husbands is working for 3 years in this senior management role in UAE and have a good account balance , i also have a handsome account statement too .
Is US Multiple visa increasing chance of approval of TRV ?
DO the officer know that the person who apply for TRV has express entry profile?
