I applied for TRV on January 1st, 2021 and received biometric request on March 1st, 2021; when can I expect results of approval?

VV Applications, completed last week from Cameroon, were completed in 199 days (averagely); so you're within the timeframe, unless you want to petition IRCC to expedite your application, treating it as essential (with proof).
