When should I apply for a Canadian TRV visa for my boyfriend kung mageexpire na yung passport niya March 2020? We're planning on going to Canada this December and come back to the PH 1st week of January next year.

I suggest renew his passport first, validity of the visa depends on passport validity

Received an update today na approved na! Yay!
We applied as family, so dad ko lang nagsubmit ng lahat ng requirements.
Application form and copy ng passport lang sinubmit namin. Then I attached an affidavit of support
