Truncated middle name

Hello,

My Wife has a truncated name ( one of her middle name is completely missing ). How can I make sure it will appear on citizenship certificate.

Can I put the full name in question 3 B.

yes it is truncated in landing paper and PR Card. but not in her passport

When applying for citizenship it is noted on the form to indicate the name as you would want it to appear on your passport/citizenship record even if it is Truncated Middle name.

Write her name in full and provide copy of birth certificate or passport that shows the name written in full..thats all you need to do.
