St Clair office is bad news! My file landed/transfered there in August and hasn't been touched since then. 9 out 10 times; once a file is sent to St Clair is most likey for hearing which could take years *sadly*

When was your file transfered to St Clair office? St Clair office is notorious for delaying applications. My file go transfered from Mississauga to Scarborough then now to St Clair. I go both CIT 0520 and full blown RQ after I submitted same list of documents for CIT 0520

Why did it take you almost two years after test to reach "decision made"? What local office processed your application.

Most likey means the officer assigned to you file. You may soon hear from them. My best guess is that the "decision ready shelf" is a plave they dump files until an officer picks it up to make a final decision on the application.. I order new notes, hopefully I get them soon
