You need job offer with approved LMIA. The LMIA proves that no Canadian or PR has the experience to drive a truck, only you. Since you cannot even drive in Canada and don’t have a provincial license chances are very low.

But you don't know the traffic rules in Canada. You drive well in your country, doesn't mean you drive well elsewhere.
What site? Go on Job Bank but you cannot get a truck driving job with LMIA unless you have a provincial license. Your license is not necessarily transferable to Canada, and need to start with driver’s license, truck training and then licensing.
