Hey have you applied TRP ?

I have recently refused visitor visa for my daughter on the ground that officer was not satisfied about returning from canada as her family ties there(both father and mother are PR holder.)
Now I want to apply for TRP for. her to visit us in Canada. Could you suggest how can I apply for TRP? There is no online system for TRP. How should I proceed? Hoping for a kind suggestion.

In that case you need to make absolutely sure you return before May 14, 2020. If you cannot get a TRV or TRP for your child, then one parent will have to move to Canada ahead of the rest of the family to submit the PR application for the child.

The validity of your PR card doesn't matter. What matters is when you landed and left Canada.

So I am trying to understand that you mean by PR validity does not matter?
Validity of PR does not matter with regards to applying for TRV/TRP for child or submitting PR application for child?

Has anyone received TRP for their baby lately?
I applied on behalf of my daughter over 5 months ago, still nothing. But her case should be at Warsaw VO, so I don't really have any hopes for her case to be resolved until February.
