TRP question

I just sent a TRP and Criminal Rehabilitation to Los Angeles. I was wondering if there is a way to check the status of the TRP. I am wanting to go to SASK. The 3rd week of October. I just have a DUI in the states and it was 9 years ago wondering if anyone has a clue to the time frame.

Or can I go and apply for criminal rehabilitation at the boarder
