Troubles linking application

So we received our email with app number and uci's (spousal class PR and Work permit) and cic keeps prompting s to link or online account but then using the info they sent us or our own personal information and it has consistently said that there is no matching application. Just wondering if anyone has also run into this and if they found a way to resolve it.

Yup got it to link with the third option.
