Trips outside country of Origin

I belong to India and presently residing in Canada.

Will trips to US from Canada be considered as trips outside my country of origin i.e India. ?

Yes. I'm assuming you're wondering about the "Supplementary Travel" form. I have a brother living in the US and I visit him often, as well as traveling to other countries. I had to type mine out b.c there wasn't enough room on the form and it ended up being about 4 pages long when I wrote down all trips in details.
