Hello everyone, I have received a nomination from SINP through EE, and an ITA from IRCC. I need your assist in two tricky issues:
1. I have a bachelor in architecture, however, I am applying as Drafting technologist. In my experience letter submitted to SINP there were couple of duties descriptions that are related more to architects than technologist. I have heard that IRCC are so strict with people downgrading their noc to get away from regulated nocs. Is it possible to update my experience letter and remove those items which are unrelated to the noc applied for, since that IRCC will go through my file from scratch? or, should not I do that because IRCC may check with SINP my documents which wee submitted to them?
2. I have mentioned in my Express Entry Profile and in SINP application that my spouse had almost one year of experience as dentist. However, as she was working with ministry of health, we could not get work experience letter with duties descriptions. Do I have to submit her work experience letter? if so, can I remove her work experience before Applying for PR since it is not adding any points? or that would be considered as misrepresent?
