travelling with pets.

Hi there, has anyone travelled to Toronto with a dog, if so do you pick them up within the airport once we have gone through emmigration.Any info would be grateful.thankx

If you are travelling with a small dog and have the correct travel case they can travel with you on the plane. Just make sure you have their medical papers with you.(proof of rabies vaccination and health letter from a veteranarian) i travel with my cat all the time and it's very easy. If the pet is checked you pick them up at the airport near the luggage ...just ask when you are going through customs.

Flossiebebe ,thanks for the reply the dog is to big to be travelling with us on plane he will have to be checked in.,we have all paperwork ready and he will get his fit to fly cert a few days before we depart from the UK,im happy we dont have to travel to pick him up thankx for the info .
