Hello all , i hope everyone is doing good, i have a question,, i received my copr recently and i am waiting for my pr card, can i travel with copr outside canada,, and can i come back with copr .. plz help its urgent..

By land through the US border, yes.

By plane, no.

If you have Valid Canadian Refugee Travel Document, yes you can return back

I have travelled back to canada with ONLY RTD and no COPR. Yes, as long as you have valid RTD, then no need to worry. The front page of RTD mentions that the RTD in itself allows you to travel to Canada.

You should clarify exactly what you have.

Do you have a valid RTD right now?

You cannot return to Canada by air with the COPR only.

Yes i am having RTD ,, and with only RTD I travelled before.. but now i receive my copr ,, so i am confused that i will be able to return to canada with RTD AND COPR???

1. It is a one time visa, once you "land" you will need either your PR card or obtain a PRTD overseas to return.
2. You can return via a land border in a private vehicle with only your COPR and Passport though.

you need both PR card and RTD to return to Canada by plane as a protected person who is a PR.
