Travelling to USA

Hi,
My parents are here in Canada on tourist visa and their visa is getting expire by end of this month.

My brother is in USA, and my parents also has USA tourist visa (B2). Can they travel now to USA on a B2 visa?
Do you know any restrictions for B2 visa people entering USA?
