Travelling to India through UK with expired Canadian VISA. Do I need UK VISA?

Hello everyone. I am traveling from Ottawa to New Delhi (India) via Heathrow, UK. I have a valid Indian passport but I my Canadian VISA has expired. I know that normally I would not need a transit VISA if I was traveling through UK. But does my expired Canadian VISA affect my travel through UK? I wont be leaving the UK airport at any time and my connecting flight is within 2 hours and in the same terminal. Will I be stopped from boarding a plane from Ottawa to Heathrow or from Heathrow to New Delhi?? Thank you very much!

You don't need valid Canadian visa to travel back home.
