Travelling to home country before responding to ITA

Hello all,


Received ITA on December 9th, applied for PCC on December 12th, and currently awaiting its processing. I plan to travel to India on January 31st.
Can I submit my application from India before February 8th?
If so, is it necessary to add my travel entry to the Express Entry profile?

Yes you can submit your application from India, no problems there. But your PCC will be invalid. The criminal check is backward looking, not forward looking. So every day you spend in India after the PCC has been issue, would be unaccounted for. Clearly this would not be an issue if you were still in Canada.
