Travelling to canada with study visa

Hi, I got my student visa before March 18, but my classes are starting online by fall 2020, as I am exempt from travel restrictions, is it possible for me to travel by month of August..? Somebody guide me with this..

Yes you can travel if you can find a flight. You will need to quarantine for 14 days as soon as you arrive in Canada.

Thank you... So there will not be a problem if my class goes online also?? And how many days prior I can arrive Canada??... I have already changed my flight date from April to August 6..? My offer letter has sep 3 as course start date..
