Travelling on OCI

Hello,

I am an OCI holder, I was wondering if its possible to visit India on OCI keeping current travel restrictions in mind. Has the government resumed entry to OCI holders into India from Canada? I was unable to get a definite answer online, any information pertaining to this issue will be highly appreciated.

Thank you. They indicate the so called "air bubble" is with US, the UK, France, and Germany though. Not sure is Canada is a part of this air bubble.
