Hi all,

I applied for restoration of status after I lost implied status when my inland spousal sponsorship application was returned to me, I currently reside here in Canada with my Canadian husband and Canadian infant son. If I successfully get granted a one year visitor
Visa, can I leave the country on it? As in does it allow for reentry? We have a family wedding in Europe in September and I want to be sure that I will be allowed back in when we return.

No - the visa doesn't guarantee re-entry. There is no way to guarantee that you will be allowed back into Canada when you return. If you want to avoid any risk of being refused entry, you'll need to remain in Canada and skip the wedding.
