Travelling after submitting PR application

Hi there
After submitting my application for PR, do I have to inform CIC that I went for a long weekend (4 days) to another country to visit a friend?

Just to clarify, I found this information:

it's in the bracket in the line of the explanation.
If someone can help me out here I would really appreciate it
