Hi, please does anyone know who has travelled recently from Nigeria with a visitor visa reuniting with an immediate family member? I am trying to get airline tickets for my mum but the airline refused to sell saying they need an authorization letter. Please do you know of any airline that come to Canada excluding KLM?

I fly with Turkish two weeks ago, you can check their website https://www.turkishairlines.com/, btw are u a PR/Canadian? if you're not your mum will need a travel authorization as requested by the airline

Got Virgin Atlantic for next week...spouse to Canadian wife and Canadian kids...if you are PR then your mum is eligible and no need for Authorization letter.

Do you mean expired visa? You need a valid visa to travel.

Yes she had her visa before now. She used KLM before but now KLM refused to sell tickets without authorization letter. Will try another airline.
