Are you asking if the US will let you visit? Or if Canada will let you back in? Or both?

Where are you from? Are you visa exempt?

How did you apply for PR? Inland? Outland?

Are you in Canada now? If so, what status do you have? Visitor?
 
I am a US citizen that is married to a Canadian citizen. We live in Canada now. Will the US allow me to visit and will Canada let me back in. I am not visa exempt. I applied outland. Thanks for your quick response!

If you are a US citizen, you are visa exempt to Canada. The US will of course allow a US citizen to enter the US. Canada will most likely let you back in but as long as you aren't a PR yet, immigration does have the right to refuse you entry.
