Yes, provided they have valid TRVsI have the same question, I am in Regina now but I want to bring my wife and my child here. do I follow same process or different?
No, they don't. I wanted to apply for their visa. I just couldn't figure out if this will be in my spouse's work permit! I am here as a Master's student since April 21.Do they have valid TRVs?
Still confused, so your spouse has SOWP but you are not sure about TRV,No, they don't. I wanted to apply for their visa. I just couldn't figure out if this will be in my spouse's work permit! I am here as a Master's student since April 21.
She doesn't have any visa yet,Still confused, so your spouse has SOWP but you are not sure about TRV,
Yes you can apply for your family. Its your family and you want to do anything to reunite... attach your University ID, lease agreement and print out of your permit and passport page along with your spouse application...She doesn't have any visa yet,
Ok, let me give you the whole story.
I applied for a Study permit in August 2020, I got rejection in October 2020. The immigration specialist helped me get the SOP right and I applied again the same month. This time I moved perfectly and got the visa on Feb 21, Traveled in April, and completed my quarantine before the start of Spring. Since my visa was rejected earlier on grounds of subsection 216(1) of the IRPR I did not apply consecutively for my spouse and child the second time.
Now that I am here and I can see that IRCC allows dependants, I want to apply for a visa for my spouse now.
