As long as you have a visa to the country ur going to. Most countries require visa to enter them. Some countries don’t accept the refugee travel document.

Yes you can.once u come back CBSA will ask u whether u went to ur home country.they may take ur cell phone for investigation.happened to me.

Normally family member (especially close family) are not allowed to be guarantors. All the information should be in the application.

As far as I know yes you can, unless you're from one of the banned countries. If you're from one of the banned countries you'll have to wait for your pr in order for you to be considered for an exemption. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
