Traveling outside of Canada while study permit and temporary Visa is going to be expired

Hello everyone,
I have a study permit and temporary Visa valid until March 31, 2023. Currently, I have applied to extend my study permit within Canada on January 30, 2023, but I haven't heard anything yet.
Can I travel outside of Canada and return back to Canada on March 29, 2023, while my study permit and Visa is valid until the end of March?

You are currently on implied status and it is recommended to stay in Canada till your extension is approved. Once you leave before a final decision is made you are likely to lose your status. It’s best to stay in the country and wait for the final outcome.
