The canadian government is currently holding our passports as we applied for refugee status. we are now under humanitarian status and were approved to apply for PR. Currently we are wating for our PR approval. My question is, is it possible for us to travel without our passports? that is with traveling documents? or is it possible they will return our passports prior to the PR interview?
we were recently asked to do the medical examiniations from the government, so i was wondering if anyone has had a similar case, and has an idea of the amount of time it usually takes from where we are now untill the next step?
any advice will help,
