Traveling By Road to USA and Back Using RTD

Hello

Those who visited the states by road using RTD, was there a lot of questioning returning back to canada at the border? Or was it fairly easy to enter back in the country using RTD. Did you have to show NOD, or claimaint document or any other document at all to prove your protected person status?

Hi,
Refugee travel document enough. I used rainbow bridge.
I’ve been there 3 times.
1st-airplane-they took me to immigration. A few simple questions. That’s it.
2nd-rainbow bridge-I came back same day-no immigration
3rd-rainbow bridge-they took me to immigration-no question.

Unless there are concerns about you visiting your home country entering Canada should not be an issue. Entering the US has a better chance of questioning. Assume this is a short trip not months to years.
