Hello everybody,

As the title says, I will be traveling three months before classes start. The first two months and half I will be spending time with my sponsors.

Will be this a problem for me at the Canadian Port Of Entry?

Anyone that had had the same experience, or someone with knowledge about it.

Thanks in advance!

PS.: My flight is next week

In which college you have got admission

It shouldn't be any issue at all but CBSA officers might ask you to show proof of financials to show that you have enough money to survive on before school starts. Note that you cannot work at all until you officially attend school.

Your marks alone doesn't approve your visa. You should have a strong SOP, good financial status and excellent home ties in order to be approved.

But According to SPP checklist SOP is not required....i attach GIC receipt, and Fees Receipt also

Most applicants would include SOP to show why they choose Canada to continue their education or how studying in Canada would be beneficial to them in their futures.

Rule of thumb for financial statements is $10000/year for living expenses plus tuition. If you have submitted all you have, then just wait for your decision.
