Didn't you apply under the Inland Spousal Sponsorship program (SCPLC):

Has your relationship broken down:

Was your sponsor eventually approved? If so, you are required to live with your sponsor during the process.

Yes I did apply inland under family sponsorship inland and yes just because of few issues it does not mean that my relationship has broken down. Sometime you just need time away to reflect your situation.
Going thru my history does not necessarily reply to my query above. Thanks.

if you didn't apply through inland spousal sponsorship, you are fine to live with your sister for a few months. Otherwise, unless your spouse are travelling with you and staying with you and your sister, it's not going to look good. (not living with your spouse during the process)

Apply under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class if your spouse or common-law partner:

  • lives with you in Canada
  • has valid temporary resident status in Canada, or is exempt from needing this status under a public policy

Sometimes...looking at previous posts (asking questions) helps to provide more info to help. After all, the topic of your other thread [from 4 days ago] was simply: Divorce?

No offense was implied, just the fact that an Inland applicant needs to live with their sponsor. Leaving for ~4 months could very well be a problem.
