Travel while PGWP is in process

Hi,

I wonder if I can travel outside Canada while my PGWP is in process?
NOTE: By that time my study permit will be expired, so I want to know if I will have any trouble reentering Canada if I dont have my work permit valid yet.

I will appreciate a lot if any of you can help me out with this.

or if u have emergency that makes you to travel then come back before your study permit expires...

yes, for safe side apply first get your new permit and then travel...dont worry about trv but make sure you stay in our status when u leave Canada

Hie ,

I am in a similar situation. I had applied for my PGWP in October and had to leave in November 2015. My Student Visa expired in Dec 2015. I have my PGWP mailed at my Canadian Address while I am currently in India. How do I re-enter? What documents will I need? Do I need to get my actual PGWP hard copy or an electronic version shall do?

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
